Happy SB1613 day. As of today, you better strap your phone to your head with a bra (or other, less awesome device) while driving in California or you’ll find yourself in the slammer. Well, actually, if you are caught, the offense yields a 20$ fine first time around and 50$ subsequently and will not incur points on your license. Message here, don’t leave home without an extra bra. Though, come to think of it, i’ve never bought a bra. If they cost more than twenty dollars, perhaps it’s would be more fun to force some cop to pull you over for a 20$ ticket and no points on your license… Oh, and i HAVE bought hands-free sets. They kinda suck and they cost far more than 20$. I think i’ll take my chances. Happy SB1613!
